As a young teacher candidate, I am at the very beginning stages of my proffesional development. My proffesional development plan is to collaborate with others, have online resources that will challenge the ways that I teach, and to find more resources as I go. 

    When I receive a position in a school, my plan is to find teachers that I can colaborate with. I want to be able to work alongside other teachers so that together we could have bigger goals than our own classes. 

    I have begun to develop a proffessional development profile online where I receive articles and information about different teaching tools and strategies for my different course areas. I expect that as I teach different courses and as I implement different ideas I will learn more about what sources are valuable, I will find new sources and that list will change. But as it is it provides a good source of development. 

    Because I am just starting out, I recognize that this plan is in the early stages, I fully expect that it will be adapted and improved as I teach and become more experienced.
